Wood destroying insect inspections are provided for the refinancing or sale of real estate property in Iowa and Illinois. If termites are found, a referral can be made to treat the problem.

One of our technicians will come and assess the situation to eliminate the problem as needed. Emerick Pest Control cares for the well being of Honey Bees. This insect is protected and beneficial to our environment, so a referral to a local beekeeper would be provided in this situation.
